Pamela Leader, is the Founder, CEO, and Medical Director of the Emirates European Medical Centres, with 25 years of experience as a chiropractor. She has a strong focus on treating spine and joint-related issues, helping patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. She helps with problems ranging from colic to spinal conditions related to pregnancy, sports injuries, headaches, back pain, and disc-related problems.
Pamela’s journey into chiropractic medicine was inspired by her personal experience of finding relief from chronic back pain through chiropractic care. Graduating in 1995 with a B.Sc. in Chiropractic, she continually updates her knowledge with continuing medical education and has 25 years of experience in the field. Her mission is to raise awareness about chiropractic in the UAE and help people lead pain-free, healthy lives, through efficient treatment protocols and maintenance therapy.

I’m a chiropractor with a wealth of experience in treating spine and joint related problems. I will help you to reach a better state of health, and decrease your painful symptoms. I have treated patients of all ages, from newborns with colic, to patients of 95 years of age. I also treat spinal problems related to pregnancy, sports injuries, as well as headaches, back pain and disc-related problems.
Why I became a Chiropractor
Many years ago, while teaching biology, I suffered with constant back pain. A friend persuaded me to see a chiropractor and I was amazed by the result. I was finally free from pain, after just five chiropractic treatments. This experience was so inspiring I decided to become a chiropractor myself, so that I could help others to benefit from this kind of healthcare approach.
Education
I became a Doctor of Chiropractic, graduating in 1995 with a B.Sc. in Chiropractic from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic. I regularly read the latest research, and update my professional knowledge with continuing medical education. My post-graduate education in Clinical Chiropractic Neurology through Parker College in the USA, gives me a deeper understanding of the patients I treat.
Experience
I have 27 years of experience in the chiropractic profession, treating patients, managing clinics, as well as selecting and mentoring chiropractors. After graduating, I moved to Italy, first to Rome and then to Grosseto, where I opened a Tuscan chiropractic clinic in 1997. Ten years later, I moved to Dubai and in 2008, I opened the first branch of the Emirates European Medical Centre, in Umm Suqeim 2.
My primary goal is to raise awareness about chiropractic in the UAE. I want to help the citizens and residents here, to be pain free and live at their optimum health level. After 13 years of successful practice in our first branch, I wanted more people to experience the passion of our team of global experts. Our newly opened clinic in Jumeirah 1, enables people from the northern Emirates, Sharjah and the Business Bay area, to easily access our services.
Over the years I have perfected many efficient treatment protocols to enable patients to heal in the minimum time possible.
After helping you to arrive at better health, I will help you to maintain your results, with carefully planned maintenance therapy, a correct exercise program, and with any other lifestyle advice you may need to stay well.
