Medical Tourism in Dubai is rapidly developing, due to the high standards of care and treatment, and the principal languages spoken being English and Arabic.
We often get patients from other Emirates and countries, who plan to travel to Dubai for treatment, enquiring about our services.
The most common conditions we see patients coming into our clinic for medical tourism are:
- Disc herniations
- Frozen shoulder
- Persistent headaches
- Lower back pain
The most common question asked is: “How long will I need to stay in Dubai for?”
- For a simple problem, a week may be sufficient time to see progress, if you were treated on a daily basis.
- For long-standing or more complex conditions, such as disc herniations and frozen shoulder, a minimum of 2 weeks is advisable. Treatments would likely be daily, or every other day, throughout your stay.
During the above suggested time frames, we would usually recommend a combination of treatments, such as chiropractic, physical therapy and if appropriate, non-surgical decompression therapy.
These are examples of accelerated and intensive treatment plans, specially designed for travellers. Each patient has a different history, so they would need a course of treatment tailored to their needs. Only when you have completed your initial consultation, can the doctor recommend your personal treatment plan.
Prioritise your health above all.
