Stefan Penny, BSc, MSc. Chiro.
I have dedicated my career to providing unique and professional care tailored to each and every patient in order to assist them in achieving their personal goals.
Working with all ages and both male and female patients, I strive to increase your potential. Having played a lot of sport myself, I take a personal interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation. Thus, I have a lot of experience treating sports professionals and high-performance athletes. This includes helping manage and also prevent injuries for professional football players, professional golfers and Olympic athletes.
I studied at the Anglo European Chiropractic College and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Sciences and a post-graduate Masters in Chiropractic. As well as these academic achievements, I have since completed several further educational courses. Each one improves my ability as a Chiropractor and enables me to further tailor your treatment to your particular needs. These extra educational seminars include; The joint by joint approach from Craig Liebensons’ “First Principles of Movement”, Rockblade instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation and Rocktaping. I am also qualified in Dry Needling and enjoy using this with the right patients.
I believe that all parts of the musculoskeletal system should be working optimally, so that spinal and joint movement improves and lowers pain in other areas such as the neck, shoulders or lower back. If the interconnecting parts of the body system function well together, it is a lot less likely that you will suffer. I love fixing your problem but as a chiropractor I also strive to remove the cause of it. Using detailed examination and analysis, I carefully determine what is the best suited treatment for each of you.
